Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. 5. Returns and Refunds

Both opened and unopened products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding return shipping unless the item was defective or shipped in error. 6. Limited Warranty

medleyglows products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification, or normal wear. To file a claim, contact us with proof of purchase.
