Orders are processed during business days, typically within 1–2 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and selected shipping method. Applicable charges are displayed before order confirmation. Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply under the stated terms.

3. Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to selected destinations as configured at checkout. If a destination is not available, it will not appear as an option. Restrictions may change as shipping settings are updated.
